University Inn on 123 in Clemson (used to be Ramada Inn) is in need of a Building Maintenance Associate. The position is P/T but the person will work 32-40 hours per week. Rate of pay is $10/hr and a HSD/GED is required as well as at least 5 years of building maintenance experience, plumbing experience, and HVAC certification. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Employer will conduct a drug screen and background check. Duties include making general repairs to interior and exterior of the building, fixtures, and furniture as well as to the swimming pool system. Will have to maintain logs and documentation for all work completed.
